**Princess - Dining Program Changes

Princess rolls out unprecedented new dining program,

offering multiple options suited for every guest preference! 

Hi everyone,

We've made some very exciting enhancements to our onboard dining program fleetwide and we want you to know all the pertinent details so you can handle questions your clients may have.

These new changes are designed to give guests the ultimate in flexibility and choice when it comes to their dining experience. Starting today, Apr 15, for voyages departing Sep 14, 2024 and beyond, Princess will designate separate dining rooms aboard every ship in the fleet to three table service options:*

• ·   Traditional dining offering an early and a late seating every evening

• ·   Reservable dining times

• ·   Open seating to support walk-ins any time



In addition, all guest will continue to have the option to enjoy our exclusive OceanNow® location-based “anywhere” service, allowing them to order food, drinks and more from their smart device, and have it delivered on demand to wherever they are on the ship.

To support these changes and the transition to the new system, main dining reservations that your clients may have already made for voyages sailing Sep 14, 2024 and beyond will be cancelled. (With the exception of those made for Sun Princess voyages). Main dining reservations for guests sailing through Sep 13 will not be affected. 

Starting Jun 17, all guests will be able to use the Princess app ahead of voyages departing Sep 14 and beyond to opt for their dining preference: Traditional Seating in a dedicated dining room with the same waiter, same table and same time each night, or flexible dining, allowing you to enjoy dinner at any available time and table size of your choosing in either the Reservable or Open Seating dining rooms.

This change does not affect anyone booked in specialty dining restaurants or suite or Reserve Collection accommodations, who enjoy a dedicated dining room on Princess ships, where no reservations are required.

Making all dining formats available fleetwide follows the resounding success of this new approach that debuted aboard the new Sun Princess®, which features a three-story dining room with one floor dedicated to traditional dining, another serving guests with a flexible reservation and a third for anytime walk-ins.

This new dining revolution is sure to be a hit with your clients. Be sure to use this unprecedented flexibility to entice them to book with Princess!
